Business professionals that understand the power of collaboration are more successful than their peers.  The Bosma Business Center is a multi-tenant, Class A office facility that has just undergone a $2,000,000 complete renovation. Coworking spaceA coworking environment is centered around collaboration and community.  We find that independent professionals work better together than alone.  With 14 dedicated desks, coworkers are able to schedule time to be in the office and know that there is a stocked desk, phone, internet, etc.  Truly plug and play. 

With an excess of 1,000 businesses being represented by the current tenants, we want to be able to introduce our clients to the professionals they need to be successful.  The reality is, we are very busy providing services to our clients.  In the hectic pace of the day, it is often difficult to refer our clients to other professionals when they are not in the same building.  Having one location to meet our client’s makes it easy to introduce them to the professionals they need, while eliminating the hassle of having to run around to various meetings.

In essence, the referrals generated from being part of BBC should easily justify the cost.  Of course, it is up to you to be in the building, and reach out to other tenants to see how you can collaborate!
