Mike Bosma is the Managing Shareholder of Bosma Group, P.C. and has been in public accounting, specializing in taxation for over 17 years. Mike graduated from the University of Las Vegas with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in 1990 and 1993 respectively.
He founded Bosma Group in 2007 with the vision of pairing entrepreneurs with world-class tax and accounting professionals. His team at Bosma Group is dedicated to assisting taxpayers attain higher levels of success through proactive tax planning, and creative restructuring, as well as strategic business solutions. Mike was recognized as the RGJ Entrepreneur of the year in the large business category in 2010.
Mike is a graduate of the LRS class of 1999 and was the LRS program chair for 2006 and the 2009 outstanding alumni. He also serves on NVCPA Board, the Reno Philharmonic Board as well as occasionally serving as a Pundit for Nevada Newsmakers. Mike is also a founding member of the Reno Tahoe Open Renegades.

Lisa also has extensive experience and training in International, Non-Profit and Construction.
Lisa began working at the fifth largest CPA firm in the world. During her tenure at this firm, she headed up the Reno Office International Tax Practice. She then moved on to work for a local real estate acquisition and development company. Lisa was responsible for providing pertinent financial information to the partners. During her time at this company she was able to gain extensive knowledge in the real estate industry. Lisa plays a vital role in many activities at the Bosma Group, from reviewing tax returns and compilations and review projects to overseeing internal project tracking.

Jamie is the audit shareholder at Bosma Group, P.C. and has been in public accounting for over thirteen years. She specializes in audit and accounting, including experience in not-for-profit entities, not only as an external auditor but also as a controller and board member. Jamie has a depth of experience in audit and accounting, with particular specialized training in employee benefit plans, homeowners’ associations, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the Bosma Group in 2011, Jamie worked for local CPA firm as their senior audit manager. During her time as an audit manager, Jamie was responsible for planning, managing and overseeing various accounting engagements as well as training of accounting staff. She was also able to gain extensive knowledge in the not-for-profit, homeowners, retirement, and insurance industries. Jamie plays a vital role in many activities at the Bosma Group, from reviewing compilations, reviews and audits, as well as overseeing internal quality control.

Kelsey is a Manager at Bosma Group, P.C. and has been in public accounting, specializing in federal income, property and sales tax for over 30 years. In addition to Kelsey’s diverse skill set, she is an expert at assisting small businesses flourish. Kelsey has extensive experience with construction, real estate, hospitality and gaming, oil and gas, and high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining the Bosma Group in 2007, Kelsey was a senior associate at the fifth largest CPA firm in the world. During her time as a senior associate, Kelsey was responsible for creating the tax training regimen for all new hires and provided the relevant training. She was also instrumental in developing the State and Local tax practice for the local office. Kelsey’s various roles at Bosma group entail overseeing the training program and curriculum, is responsible for reviewing tax returns, compilations and reviews, and interfacing with clients.
